A major function of life on earth is relationship with others. Whatever we do, we cannot escape relationships where we find ourselves negotiating and re-negotiating compromise, sacrifice, respect, boundaries, resources, and goals. Think about a simple task of buying groceries – you form a relationship, no matter how transient, with the grocer. Each one of us brings one thing on the table in a relationship – ourselves. It is therefore important to assess our own capacity to be in a relationship whether it is with a sibling, parent, business partner or a mate. Ultimately, we all seek to be accepted, respected and loved by the people we engage with.
Through rigorous self study and practice, Malini has developed a deep understanding of how relationships work – what buttons get pushed, what is a blindspot for the people involved, what energies are easier to come together and what personality makeup have a tendency to clash. Malini has created two services: (1) Consultation: Relationship Portrait, and (2) Mentorship: Relationship Coaching, to help an individual or a relationship (romantic and non-romantic) move through things that present for them. These services are also designed for individuals seeking to deepen their understanding of relationships they are currently in as well as how they operate in one.
